Security measures
At the service station of the fuel system of the car, fire safety measures should be taken: have a working fire extinguisher, do not smoke, use the device in well-ventilated areas, do not leave the device unattended during operation, prevent fuel hoses from getting on the exhaust manifold, fan, other dangerous and open parts of the vehicle that can cause damage. It is strongly recommended to check the connection of hoses and fittings of the unit for reliability and to prevent leakage of cleaning fluid and fuel during operation of the unit. Avoid contact of liquids and fuels with eyes and skin (in case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water). Periodically inspect the supply hose of the unit for various damages and, if any, replace it immediately. Attention! It is strictly forbidden to use this unit if there are leaks in the connections!
Operating procedure
To connect, turn off the engine. Find the supply branch and the return branch in the fuel system of the car. Disconnect the supply branch. Connect the hose of the device to the disconnected part of the supply branch of the car. To do this, use the adapters included in the kit.
The return branch of the fuel system must be plugged. The fuel system of the car - the supply and return branches - must be looped (connect them together), or the car's fuel pump must be turned off.
It should be remembered that a relay or a fuse can serve not only the fuel pump, but also other engine elements (starter, electric block of a car, etc.), and also that some cars with a large engine capacity can have 2 FUEL PUMPS in the fuel system.
Pour the flushing liquid into the cylinder, then securely wrap the neck and hang the cylinder under the hood of the car. Connect the hose from the compressor to the cylinder inlet and supply air to the system. The required pressure should be set based on the pressure gauge readings using a reducer. Then open the tap on the supply hose and make sure that all connections are tight.
Next, clean up in three cycles:
Cleaning completed.
Depressurize the unit and disconnect the hose from the compressor.
Disconnect the installation supply and connect all pipes back to their rightful place.
Connect the pump.
Check the tightness of all connections.
Start the engine and let it run for a while.
After the cleaning procedure, it is necessary to replace the spark plugs.
ATTENTION! After completion of the cleaning procedure, it is recommended to run the engine on gasoline at high speeds. Or a short ride of 10-15 km at high speeds.
Attention! When using the installation, it is necessary to constantly monitor the flushing process, monitor the pressure in the system and the absence of leaks in the connections. The unit must be switched off only when the engine is not running. In this case, the valve on the installation must be closed. During operation, a small splash of cleaning fluid is possible (remove with a rag and air). Disconnect the hose from the compressor, release the pressure inside the unit using the pressure relief valve.
