Measuring probe with 4 needles for MTpro

Measuring probe with four flexible needles for MTpro is used:

1. For connection to electromagnetic injectors in phased and pair-parallel fuel injection systems. Allows you to record a signal from 4 injectors simultaneously, using only one analog input of the oscilloscope. In the future, the signal can be analyzed programmatically (Window for comparing cylinders, setting "Injectors (sequentially)").

2. For connection to the primary circuit of individual ignition coils. Allows you to record a signal simultaneously from 4 ignition coils, using only one analog input of the oscilloscope. In the future, the signal can be analyzed programmatically (Cylinder comparison window, “Primary voltage” setting).

Attention!
The 4-pin probe does not have a separate ground input, so an additional ground wire must be used.

Advice!
Probes x4, x6 use a resistive signal mixer, so the oscillogram will display not absolute values, but relative ones, which will depend on the on-board voltage of the car at the time of measurement and the number of needles involved. To display real values, it is recommended to use the appropriate settings (“Injector Primary Circuit” - for diagnosing ignition coils, “Injectors” - for injector diagnostics)

Specifications of the Probe with 4 needles:

This probe model is intended for use with the MTpro motor tester, but it can also be used with other oscilloscopes (for example, the Disco family of oscilloscopes).

In this version of the 4-needle stylus, the manufacturer paid special attention to ease of use and reliability:

• Thanks to the 4mm "banana" connector, you can quickly connect test leads, as well as use test leads from other manufacturers (for example, from multimeters).
• Inside each connection in the probe, a printed circuit board is used, on which the sensor elements are located, and the board itself carries a power load and securely fastens the cables.
